Altogether, they display a variety of business and organizational needs, operate in very different sectors, and their infrastructures and human resources differ considerably

The Senate voted to pass the Liberal government’s Bill C-45 on June 19, 2018 and today, Prime Minister Justin Trudeau announced the October 17, 2018 date, which allows the provinces and territories some time to implement distribution and sale laws.

The Automotive Supplier Competitiveness Improvement Program (ASCIP) is an Ontario government funding program that supports automotive manufacturing technology adoption projects. Through ASCIP funding, automotive suppliers can access Ontario business grants to offset a portion of costs related to hardware and software upgrades. Upon completing an ASCIP-funded project, automotive manufacturers will be more productive and globally competitive than previously possible.
