As a member of EMC, you are connected to a network of manufacturers and knowledge base across Canada and many extensively use this resource to support business and the people and roles within them. Here at EMC we work daily to be that bridge, the connector, to the resources that you require.
EMC's core activity remains unchanged; to bring those within organizations together with their peers for the purpose of networking and relationship building, professional development, and benchmarking; an opportunity to see a new perspective on an existing challenge and to engage when EMC is not in the room. When a company is a member, every employee within the organization is a member!
It is this core activity that evolves into all initiatives, training and value added programs at EMC, with vetted and trusted subject matter experts, and our valued government and community partnerships. EMC encourages colaborative work and learning in a complimentary way that benefits manufacturing organizations and the growth of the sector.
During this time of COVID, EMC continues to support you, as a member, through your challenges and strives to be a valuable resource you can count on. This is such an important time to be connected.
Your field representatives across Canada are there as an extension of your in-house staff and are committed to being at your service.
The activity of each regional consortium is driven by you, the members, so input is critical. We will continue to work on your behalf to bring relevant value.
I consider myself fortunite to work on behalf of New Brunswick and Prince Edward Island companies as part of the overall Canadian Excellence in Manufacturing membership.
If you are not currently a member of EMC and would like to be involved, I welcome you to reach out and would be happy to participate in a discussion to better understand your needs and share the value of EMC for your organization.
Looking forward to hearing from you!
