Member Needs Help: 2019 In Review

A huge thank you goes out to our fantastic EMC members who contribute and share their vast knowledge and experiences through the Member Needs Help platform.

This is my first year (OK – partial year) with Member Needs Help and I have witnessed firsthand what a valuable tool this can be.  As an FSA, I used to encourage my members to participate in Member Needs Help.  Looking at it now, from the other side, I am an even stronger proponent of the program.

For those of you not making use of this tool, please take some time on a Tuesday morning to peruse the Member Needs Help publication. Please feel free to assist a member in need or ask for assistance if you need it.  If you are not currently receiving the Member Needs Help publication, please ask to be added to the mailing list by emailing mnh@emccanada.org.  We will ensure you are included for upcoming publications.

Between January and mid-December of 2019, we saw over 290 questions published.  As well, there were over 5500 topics (both new and archived) requested.

It is easy to see that, with this amount of activity, Member Needs Help has become a key resource for many members.
