CONGRATULATIONS Graduates!!
EMC proudly congratulates another group of 28 participants from the Fall 2020 Session of the EMC – Harvard Supervisory Certificate program. The Program successfully wrapped up with Associates, Supervisors and Managers from 11 companies who came together virtually to complete the Program. Participants received certification recognizing their efforts over the 10-week Program period.
As part of the Program, participants completed online supervisory skill tutorials which included Problem Solving, Process Improvement, Difficult Interactions, Feedback Essentials, Team Building, Leadership, Coaching and Presentation skills, in partnership with Harvard Business Publishing. Additionally, they attended weekly Webinars, collaborated through a Knowledge Network and prepared a Workplace Performance Project geared towards solving a problem or creating a new opportunity for their companies. The WPP Projects completed and presented by all participants, are expected to collectively increase profitability and/or save the companies thousands of dollars. What an amazings session! Well done everyone!
