NEW funded training programs available NOW for New Brunswick Manufacturers! Excellence in Manufacturing Consortium (EMC) through a partnership with New Brunswick Department of Post-Secondary Education, Training and Labour is looking for manufacturing employers to implement Manufacturing Essentials Certification Programs – a fully funded initiative designed to promote economic growth by building a more skilled workforce in New Brunswick. The Manufacturing Essential Certification (MEC) programs can be customized to match the current skill needs of New Brunswick manufacturers and will include: Problem Solving Skills Team Management Conflict Resolution Leadership Skills Coaching Presentation Skills Working with others Document Use Charts and Graphs Digital Presentations Peer Networking Workplace action-based learning project Programs can be provided in both official languages and will run in regional training cluster groups running 4 hours per week for 8 weeks; designed to enhance essential workplace skills with minimal interruption to your daily operations.
