During this SIG event, we’ll discuss Customer Service strategy for both customer service and non-sales staff.

A poor customer experience at any point in the customer lifecycle can destroy your relationship. Many manufacturers struggle with their customer service department not getting the training they need to be successful, but also, and sometimes more importantly their non-sales staff with direct customer contact are not trained in customer service.

Please come prepared to share your strategy, successes and challenges.
