Giroux (EMC President), followed by a discussion with Panel Guests on how Agile companies can prepare for Significant Industry Disruptions such as Supply Chain Interuptions, Labour Shortages, Recessions, Technology and Marketing Shifts, to name a few.

Jen Mahon is an accomplished business executive, angel investor, and consultant with in-depth knowledge of and experience with growth strategies, industry operations, business analysis, and project management. She holds two degrees from McMaster University, namely a B.Eng.Sc in Materials Engineering and Science and a M.A.Sc in Chemical Engineering with a focus on Biomaterials. Her current practice at NorthBridge Consultants focuses on working with early-stage and mature companies to increase their success with various government funding programs, aiming to facilitate growth as well as improve general operations and implement sustainable growth strategies. Jen is also a Director with NorthTech Capital Investors, a venture capital investment firm providing early stage funding for Canadian technology start-up companies.
