The Global Skills Connection Series is intended to give Manufacturers a high-level overview of the Immigration process to prepare an organization to begin using foreign recruitment to fill their vacant positions
Develop and understand your best strategy for finding and keeping the people you want. In this section we will discuss strategies for how and where to source candidates. We will also discuss onboarding and retention best practices, welcoming them and their families to Canada.

Bio: With 15 years of experience in global HR, recruitment, and immigration services - Denis is a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC #R533327) and a member in good standing of the Immigration Consultants of Canada Regulatory Council (ICCRC).
Denis has supplied immigration support for some of Canada’s largest corporations including industries in high tech, manufacturing, transportation, finance, and agriculture, and has led recruitment missions to Mexico, Peru, Ukraine, UK, Poland, Romania, Vietnam, and more. Denis has helped hundreds of people and families on their pathways to Canada.
T.S.C. Immigration Services has offices in New Brunswick, Canada, and Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, offering services in French, English, and Vietnamese. Denis is also a certified Global Professional in Human Resources (GPHR) and holds an MBA from the International University of Japan.
