At this session will be joined by guest topic expert Terry Gillis. We have had Terry out to sessions to present in past years and he always challenges you to think about people management in a different way…Terry is always entertaining & thought provoking, this session will be time well spent.

Terry has cultivated over 20 years of progressive experience in the field of talent management with expertise in attracting, retaining, managing, and transitioning talent in both private and public sector settings. He possesses an entrepreneurial spirit that has helped foster the growth of Ahria Consulting into SouthWestern Ontario’s leading HR consulting firm which he now owns and leads as President and CDEO.
Terry is a certified professional coach bringing his expertise in executive & leadership coaching, career transition, leadership development, workshop facilitation, and organizational effectiveness.
He has an academic background in psychology, organizational development, and business holding three master’s degrees including an MBA. He also teaches organizational behaviour at Wilfred Laurier University, is chair of Career Partners International and volunteers his time on not for profit boards including Youth Opportunities Unlimited.
