Three Day Course Lean 28 Views

Course Details

Companies struggle with the implementation and sustainability of Lean in their facilities, because leaders and supervisors are often not provided the tools to change the way they manage Lean processes and the team-based cultures that are in place. There is also no clear progression path for lean leadership and supervisory skills leading to advancement. This progressive certificate program leads participants through concepts and tools that will enhance their success today and develop them into leaders of the future. In each of the program certificate levels, participants will develop significant skills to contribute to productivity, quality, and Lean culture for their organization.
