On behalf of the Excellence in Manufacturing Consortium [EMC], we are delighted to announce Michelle Nichols will be taking on newly defined responsibilities with the EMC Safety Group.
Michelle will be working closely with our Kelly Killby who will be taking on the leadership role of the group. Michelle brings vast Health and Safety experience in the manufacturing environment and has been a member of a Safety Group in 3 different settings. Michelle will be assuming here responsibilities here at EMC on Monday November 13th.
So please join us in welcoming Michelle to your dedicated EMC team!
Michelle will be working alongside the entire Safety Group team to ensure a smooth transition. She will be in touch with our members and community partners over the next few months to ensure continuous service to all communities.
At the same time, it is with mixed emotions we announce Laura Rourke’s departure from EMC. Laura has been the ‘spirit’ of the Safety Group and EMC in all the communities she served. Laura has accepted a position with our valued members and we consider this a great opportunity for her to be working closer to home in a field she loves.
Laura has brought a special and unique dedication to EMC and we will miss her dearly. We know she will bring that same energy and caring to her new job!
All the best Laura!
