Introduction to Business Productivity Improvement
Participants will be provided with a thorough overview of applying common sense to boost productivity in a variety of business applications.
Over the next year, the half-day events will provide participants with a foundation to implement and sustain productivity improvements within their organizations.
Here’s what recent Productivity Management & Clusters Initiative participants had to say..
“For a long time now we have realized there was a definite need to improve our processes and drive efficiency. The productivity events that we have attended have provided us with valuable information on how to evaluate our work flow and the tools that can be used to implement a continuous improvement program. Even more importantly they have helped us understand the importance of creating an organizational culture that can motivate and engage our employees.
I look forward to completing the current series of workshops and I hope that EMC will provide more formal training on lean management in the future. I believe there is a real need for this type of training in Northwestern Ontario.
I have already spoken with the owners and managers of several companies that we deal with regarding the value that we are deriving from this training and I feel future training sessions would be very well attended.”
Les Perrault, President Digital Engineering, Inc.
Future events will focus on: Leadership and Culture for Productivity Improvement / Advantages of Flow (JUNE2016), Productivity Tools (SEPTEMBER 2016), Introduction to Lean Management Systems / Prioritizing Continuous Improvement Activity & Projects (NOVEMBER 2016).
