Commencing in Spring 2015 and concluding this June 2017, EMC provided Lean Management System training programs, and Productivity Cluster Events in Northern Ontario. 419 participants from 174 companies took part!
The Lean Management System (LMS) program included 10 full day modules over 10 months, and participants benefited hugely from gaining new in-depth knowledge of:

- Leader Standard Work and Accountability Process
- Value Stream Mapping
- Root Cause Problem Solving
- Kaizen Facilitation
The Productivity Cluster events took place as quarterly half-day sessions and provided superb insight for:

- Intro to Value Stream Metrics & Visual Management
- Root Cause Problem Solving / Introduction to Kaizen
- Determining Your Productivity Improvement Opportunities
