During 2017, EMC members had success improving their operations, processes and employees by means of Lean training programs on many fronts!

As you can see, many EMC members are working diligently on educating their troupes through Lean Coaching and Mentoring. They are actively working to change their cultures to a workplace where Continuous Improvement is part of every employee’s daily responsibility and all employees can recognize wasteful activity.
It's also interesting to see how many members have embraced Kaizen and Kaizen Train the Trainer events. These are short-term, concentrated, lightning-paced attacks on workplace wastes and ineffectiveness. They can transform an organizational culture from static, task-driven thinking to instinctive lean flexibility, adaptability and innovation.
