Getting employees to participate in a health risk assessment can be a delicate task.
In December when NGF launched their Employee Wellness Program with us, we began the program with the Personal Wellness Profile (a.k.a. HRA) By allowing staff paid time, and the facilities and support staff to assist them in this task, they were able to achieve the incredible rate of 97% participation! Fantastic! It also speaks to the relationship that they have with their employees as clearly there was already an established trust and strong sense of team that allowed us to work with so many of their people to gather this vital information.
