Many manufacturers today are looking for strategies to produce a more “engaged” environment but have difficulty knowing what steps to take to achieve this type of culture. What percentage of your work-force are "engaged"? And what measurable(s) do you use to gauge that percentage? What kind of impact would it have on your business if more people showed up on time, were more productive and felt a sense of belonging?
