Three classes of front line supervisors from the Saint John / Charlotte Co region have just passed the half way point of a ten week program supported by EMC and the Department of Post-Secondary Education through the Essential Skill program. As in the Moncton region, a project team of local manufacturing representatives determined that this is the priority area of training and content required in their facilities to support the continued success of those in the supervisor role.
