Now that the holidays are upon us and everyone is doing their best to wrap up the year, it is a great time to reflect on what we have accomplished in 2017.
For me, with one year as your Field Service Advisor under my belt, 2017 has been a year of learning, networking and of building new relationships. I would like to thank each and everyone of you for opening your doors and allowing me the opportunity to meet your team members, see your processes and to better understand the value you are delivering to the world along with the challenges you are faced with.
2017 was a great success! I gauge this by the number of positive comments, continued dialogue long after the SIG events and the number of notes being taken during. Many thanks to our hosts for providing a room, refreshments and as always, for providing a great tour!!
