ALL: What is Keeping You Awake?
It is time to start thinking of our Schedule for 2011 and as such, we are interested in knowing what some of the challenges are that you are facing and the issues that are "keeping you awake at night" so-to-speak!
Whether your issue is specific to the food industry, government regulations or programs, or if you are interested in learning and networking with others on continuous improvement initiatives, advanced manufacturing, health and safety matters, human resource issues, or supply management, etc. etc.
OR, if perchance you are interested in showcasing a best practice or process that you have in place that others would like to see - we would be happy to visit with you!
We always appreciate hearing your thoughts and look forward to developing a "spectacular" schedule of Food and Beverage Events for 2011!
Have a great day!

Please have a look at this week's Blog on the "Year in Review" - we have had some excellent events this past year and are currently drafting our schedule for the next - with the first event taking place on January 13th, 2011 focusing on "Literacy and Multiculturalism".
If you are interested in participating through hosting, or ideas, please feel free to touch base anytime! :)
Looking forward to an exciting and dynamic 2011!
All the best!
Bren
Bren: I don't think I've suggested this before - but I continue to struggle with potable water issues.
We recirculate cooling water that needs to be food grade. It also needs to be treated to prevent hard water deposits building up on critical components.
If someone would be willing to share, a best practices round table on water treatment would be very informative…..
