SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGEMENT II - EXPLORING THE IMPACT OF LEAN: Supply Chain Management encompasses every aspect of our businesses. At this special session, we are going to explore the impact of "Lean in the Supply Chain". This is an excellent opportunity to learn from our Guest Speaker and to share your experiences or consider possibilities that might lend well to your organizations' goals in this regard.
We are delighted to be welcoming Tom Bechtel, Senior Associate with Value Stream Solutions as our Guest Speaker as we examine the concept of Supply Chain Management specifically relating to the impact of lean. Implementing lean tools and methodologies can help identify opportunities that will aid in strengthening our Supply Chain processes and ultimately in business competitiveness. To that end, Tom will be sharing his experiences and best practices relating to lean principles and programs and the possible opportunities available through "Lean Supply Chain Management".
Very special thanks to Ivanhoe Cheese for hosting this special event in the beautiful village of Madoc, Ontario!Agenda:
