Vic Briccardi, President, Real Time Systems Inc.
As President and founder of the RTS Group of companies, Vic is instrumental in managing all aspects of the company. He is involved in strategically investing capital - both intellectual and financial. Vic specializes in automation integration and operational consulting, as well as the development of overall automation and integration strategies.

One of his recent initiatives focus' on helping senior executives understand how to create sustainable, strategic, competitive advantage through their sustainability and "green" initiatives leading to Global Manufacturing Excellence. Vic founded Real Time Systems Inc. in 1992, providing control systems engineering services, programming, process control and computer-aided design services to Fortune 1000 companies. In 1998 the panel fabrication business of

Olympia Controls was acquired to provide in house custom control panel build competencies. In 2000 the automation systems business acquisition of AutoComp Inc. was added to complement the food and beverage process control experience. A electronics technology professional, Vic believes there is one important attribute that differentiates RTS from the competition: We must have a deep understanding of what the client does to determine their manufacturing optimization opportunities.
