This presentation provides a perspective on the methodology available to the manufacturing organizations in their search for the optimal configuration.

About the Speaker:

Dorin Radu, Corporate Managing Director, Nelson Industrial Inc.
Over twenty five years of work experience in a variety of fields ranging from process engineering, through product design and development, academic teaching, quality systems, information systems, to operations and general management. I acquired my engineering education in the field of Electronics and Telecommunications in Romania (B.Sc - 1984 and Post Graduate Degree - 1985), Six Sigma training at GE (MBB - 1998), and my Managerial and Business degrees (MBA - 2005) from two reputable North American Universities (Schulich School of Business - York University, Toronto and Kellogg School of Management - Northwestern University, Chicago, IL). I am currently Corporate Managing Director of a medium size manufacturing company specialized in metal products for various industries.
