Conference Partnership & Sponsor Opportunities

As with all EMC events, 'ADVANTAGE through EXCELLENCE' provides our many business, government and community partners with many different opportunities to affect manufacturers directly... with a hands-on approach that goes far beyond just a financial contribution. 

While as a not-for-profit consortium, EMC welcomes the generous support of our partners to bring an event such as this conference to industry at an incredibly reasonable cost (encouraging greater participation) our model is based on creating linkages between our member manufacturers and the resources they need to be successful.  That is a key objective.  We encourage all our partners to actively participate in EMC's activities... so that all members can directly benefit from our partners' knowledge, expertise & knowledge resources too! 

There are many ways that you can be involved:

Conference Partner / Sponsor: This involves all aspects of the conference and is non-specific to a single learning activity.  For partners with a specific focus (such as training or innovation), EMC has ensured the format reflects those objectives, as they are vital to the success of our members. If there are any requirements you may have (and do not see here), please let us know and we can make those arrangements.

Learning Event Workshops: Each workshop is designed to be a learning activity, qualifying as a ¼ or ½ day training session, with full objectives & deliverable results!  With your financial support, members are able to utilize these sessions to build their knowledge and become more competitive.  Partners have an opportunity to contribute a subject matter expert to present a value-added manufacturing specific learning workshop, as part of the conference program! 

Plant Tour Host: EMC is hosting several plant tours throughout the region, which partners are encouraged to support. Direct costs (such as coach buses, etc.) can be supported by the partner, with an opportunity to present your manufacturing-related message to participants during travel to-and-from the conference site.

Keynote Speaker/Sponsor: This option provides the greatest exposure to our partners... through either introducing a keynote speaker or (where a partner has a direct relation to manufacturing) providing keynote speaker. Keynote partners also receive additional benefits over and above the other conference partner options.

Awards of Excellence Sponsor: Having the opportunity to recognize Excellence in Manufacturing and present a highly coveted award, provides a unique way of aligning yourself with global best practice organizations, in a highly visible way. Partners have the opportunity to convey their message prior to the award and/or present one or more of the member awards.

Resource Materials Sponsor: Another unique (and highly coveted) feature of EMC's conference is our Conference Resource Binder, in which each delegate receives all of the learning resource materials, not just the sessions they attend! Partners have an opportunity to provide their resource materials, as well as conveying any specific message using this valuable information resource.

Gold $10,000:
3 full conference registrations;

Silver $5,000:
2 full conference registrations;
Your logo featured on all conference materials, official program and EMC conference website;

Bronze $2,500:
1 full conference registration;
Your logo displayed in official program;
Recognition in EMC Update.

Exhibitor $1,500:
Booth/Table space in exhibitor showcase;
Your logo displayed on exhibitor showcase signage;
