At this session the Ministry of Labour will detail what they are looking for now and in the near future.
Special attention will be paid to new Bill C168;
MOL will detail;
The new violence and harassment in the workplace regulations looking at the legislation and employers responsibilities as defined by the legislation.
Also included will be a brief overview of the Heightened Enforcement Focus (Blitzes) that will be upcoming.

Host Valiant in Windsor will also be sharing their Best Practices regarding the Violence and Hrassment in the Workplace Policies.

This will also count as a EMC Safety Group Session.
