The Lean Supervisor Workshop is a two day highly participative program for Managers, Supervisors and Team Leaders that have responsibilities for managing people and processes and have accountability for results.

Companies have been struggling with the implementation of Lean and the sustainability of Lean in their facilities and processes for years now because these key leaders in organizations are not provided the tools to change the way they manage the new Lean processes and team based cultures that have been put in place recently. 

The Lean Leader introduces these key individuals to the concepts and tools that will help make them successful now and in the future as change and process improvement take hold and increases in velocity.
