The workshop is designed to provide a cross-section of mini lectures, each of which is supported by hands on team exercises and applications to ensure the concepts and principles are understood.

 Most importantly, the workshop is designed to link classroom training with the participant's current reality in the workplace.   This is accomplished by utilizing current annual reports, actual variance reports and other input reflecting the realities of the workplace.

 The program is designed so that the participant does not require any background in financial management.   In contrast, at the end of the 2 Day session, the participant will be comfortable with a cross-section of principles, applications and enablers, of which some can be immediately applied to his or her workplace.
