Strategic Interest Groups (SIGs) are facilitated by the Excellence in Manufacturing Consortium in the Burlington/Oakville or Milton area every month. Hosted by EMC member manufacturers, these events nurture sharing and benchmarking between companies across all sectors. All manufacturers welcome!

This session will be a continuation of the one that we had earlier this year at Thermal Ceramics. We had a large and energized group discussing the challenges for current and future supervisors to effectively lead a team. From this session we identified a number of priorities for future discussion. This month's SIG will be focused on tackling more of these identified challenges and rountable ideas for success.
