This one day introductory workshop is designed for CFOs, Controllers, Accounting and Office personnel that are responsible for accounting and accounting-related administrative processes in their building.

 

Leaning Accounting and Administrative Processes introduces accounting personnel to concepts and tools that will help them eliminate waste in accounting processes (A/P, financial reporting, budgets, month end close), and related processes such as order entry, purchasing, and sales invoicing.   Participants will be encouraged to discuss continuous improvement best practices for accounting processes within their firms.
