At this very first EMC SIG Event the Windsor Consortium will discuss topics they want to explore and cover during the remainder of 2010. We will put together the framework for these monthly sessions to ensure all members get great value from them!

Also at this event Advanced Machining Services will cover some of their best practices including how they have successful diversified their customer base over the past few years. The group will also participate in a round table discussion on some of the things that "keep them awake at night" being a Windsor manufacturer. Members will quickly realize that they are generally all experiencing the same issues. They will get to learn first hand what others in the Windsor Manufacturing community have to done help overcome some of these issues.

Also the group will participate in a plant tour and group continuous improvement exercise. This entails everyone who participates in the tour picking 3 things they saw that they liked and 3 things they saw that they may have suggestions on how to improve. This is a great way to provide our host with some constructive feedback and continuous improvement suggestions.
