The Year in Review!

Hello All,

I want to take this opportunity to thank everyone for such a successful year in The Durham Region, The GTA, North Bay, Sudbury and Sault Ste. Marie.  We held many events in these areas ranging from technical lean manufacturing sessions to soft sided human resources sessions.  It is important for manufacturers to realize the importance of Peer to Peer Net working in these tough economic times.  Obviously it is becoming important to manufacturers because we have seen significant growth in all the regions listed above.

I am very fortunate to work with such a talented team; the team at EMC is one of the best I have ever worked with.  I am very fortunate that I am allowed the opportunity to visit plants, tour facilities, talk to the CEO's, Presidents, General Managers, Plant Managers, Area Managers, Team Leaders and Shop Floor associates about issues that affect the performance of their businesses.   However, The real work is done behind the scene at EMC!  I would like to make sure that they get their mention, because without the backbone of the people at our head office, my job would not be possible, nor would I have the opportunity to experience the success I have.

More and more, manufacturing organizations are understanding the importance of peer to peer networking…I am looking forward to expanding our peer to peer networking base in Durham, GTA, North Bay, Sudbury and Sault Ste. Marie.  All the best to all manufacturers…I look forward to working with you in developing lasting, working, helping and prosperous relationships in the new year.
