Over the past 5 years, Hugh has been diligently working on improving Safety within Johnsonite Canada, starting with the policy manual and continuing with communicating key performance indicators to all 65 employees. Hugh has been a great part of the EMC Safety Group, and regularly contributes to our Member Needs Help Requests which speaks to his goal of wanting to promote health and safety outside of the workplace and to other companies.

Hugh is a very approachable person, and is able to work with the entire team at Johnsonite. He was nominated by the Operations Manager and Controller, Scott Lackenbauer, which shows great management support for the work he has done and will continue to do.
