During the past 14 years and now in her twelfth year with Excellence in Manufacturing Consortium, Amanda has worked with a variety of manufacturing companies, while focusing on EMC’s internal accounting, human resources and administration, as well as coordination of EMC’s Safety Group initiatives.

With a business accounting background, Amanda began with EMC in 2000 as a project administrator, focusing on financial aspects and became EMC’s internal accountant in 2001. During this time EMC developed its Safety Groups initiative (now one the largest manufacturing Safety Group in Ontario) which Amanda has coordinated since 2006.

Amanda is also responsible for working with EMC’s President and GM in the administration and management of EMC’s office and human resources functions and has played a key role in the development of EMC’s 360˚ EHS (Environmental, Health & Safety) Program launched in 2011.
